Every OVO order is packed with care in food-safe material and handed to trusted courier partners. Here is what to expect between checkout and your doorstep.

Coverage & charges

  • We currently ship across India to serviceable PIN codes.
  • Free shipping on orders over ₹999. Below that, the exact charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Timelines

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.
  • Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days depending on your location; remote PIN codes may take a little longer.
  • You'll receive the tracking link by email/WhatsApp as soon as the order ships, and you can also track it from your orders page.

On delivery

Please check the parcel before accepting it. If the outer packaging looks damaged or tampered with, refuse the delivery or note it with the courier, and tell us within 48 hours — our Refund & Return Policy covers you.

Delays

Weather, strikes or courier disruptions occasionally delay parcels despite our best efforts. If your order is significantly delayed, write to care@ominavital.com and we will chase it down or make it right.
