• An order is accepted when we confirm it; we may decline or cancel an order — for example, on suspicion of fraud, a pricing error, or stock unavailability — with a full refund of any amount paid.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law. Otherwise, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
